Returns
The team here at Clean and Shiny want you to be 100% satisfied with the products you purchase from us. However, we understand that sometimes items need to be returned.
During the festive period, our returns policy is extended to the 10th January. This gives you extra time to return items to us, as sometimes Christmas presents don't always go to plan.
Items that need to be returned should be un-opened with packaging in-tact and all accessories (where applicable) should be present.
To keep our product prices low, we do not offer a free returns service currently.
Before returning any items back to us, please request an RMA number using the form below. This will enable us to keep track of your return and to ensure your exchange or refund is carried out quickly. Once we receive your Return Request, we will email you with further instructions on how to return your item(s). Please wait for your RMA to be authorised before returning goods.
Important: Should you receive a damaged order, please take photos as we may need these to provide to the delivery company to process a damages claim.
Once your item(s) have been received back, our staff will inspect and restock the products. Your refund will then be automatically processed back to the original payment method you used. This can take between 2 and 5 working days to arrive back into your account. This delay is due to the UK bank clearing process.
