FREE UK Mainland Express Delivery 

The cart contents must be over £60  

Free Delivery areas include UK Mainland - England, Scotland and Wales.

FREE UK Express Delivery orders will be sent with either DPD Local or Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Click & Collect is available from our store in Aldershot, Hampshire

Standard 2-3 Day UK Mainland Delivery: From £4.95

We use Royal Mail for smaller deliveries and DPD Local for courier deliveries.

UK Mainland Express Delivery: From £7.95 

UK Mainland Saturday* Delivery via DPD Local: From £9.95

*Please order by 2:00PM on Friday (excluding public holidays).

Northern Ireland: FREE on orders over £100

This is a two-working-day service 

Highlands and Islands: FREE on orders over £125

This is up to a two-working-day service 

International Deliveries:

Delivery times are up to 7 days for other countries.

FAQ 

  • We supply a tracking number with each order. You can use this with the Royal Mail or DPD Local websites/apps to keep track of your delivery.

  • Delivery estimates can be seen on the cart page. Select your region and enter your postcode for an instant quote.

  • Next-Working-Day delivery is not guaranteed. While most parcels arrive the next working day, some may occasionally experience delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by our couriers and postage refunds will not be issued.

Missing or Damaged Deliveries

Let us know right away if anything is missing or broken when your delivery arrives.

Missing: If your order is has not been delivered in 7 days of receiving your notification of despatch,, please contact us.

Damages and leaks: We pride ourselves in packing your orders as best as possible. However, from time to time, items may arrive damaged. If you have received a damaged item please firstly make sure to sign with the delivery company as “damaged”  please DO NOT discard the item until you have contacted us. Please take photos as evidence. Damaged and leaking items must be reported immediately.  Please email: hello@cleanandshiny.co.uk with your photos, quoting your order number.
